Lectures Cosponsorship

Administrative offices and academic departments and programs sponsoring public lectures, panels, or symposia are encouraged to work directly with the Lectures Program for scheduling, room reservations, and event logistics. The staff has experience working with scholars, artists, performers, public officials and professionals on a wide range of topics.

Lectures cosponsorship includes assistance with:

• room setups
• book signings, with onsite sales through the University Book Store
• technical and audio-visual arrangements
• taping services
• reception and catering arrangements

Our other services include:

• researching speakers and topics
• negotiating fees
• identifying cosponsors
• sample itineraries
• publicity assistance
• electronic attendance-tracking system for course credit
