3:00 PM – Gallery, Memorial Union - Lauren Soth was born and educated in Iowa, graduating from ISU in agricultural journalism. He has worked for the Des Moines register and Tribune since 1947 and is currently editor of its editorial page. Soth was the winner of the 1956 Pulitzer prize for editorial writing and has written two books. Part of the World Affairs Series: The Human Prospect
