The Present Struggle in Cambodia - Sokhom Hing
8:00 PM – Gallery, Memorial Union - Cambodian Sokhom Hing received his degrees in Economics and Political Science from Bucknell University, where he was a Fullbright Scholar. As an Asian Foundation Scholar, he did post-graduate study in Economics at new York University. Most recently, he did research as a PhD candidate at the New School for Social Research.

8:00 PM – Sun Room, Memorial Union - Tran Van Dinh, an eminent Vietnamese political scientist, was born in the Imperial City of Hue, Vietnam. He is a professor of Political Science at the Institute of Pan African Studies, Temple University.

4:00 PM – Gallery, Memorial Union - Arthur Westing has visited Vietnam on four occasions from 1969-1973. He made these trips as head of an investigating committee from the American Association for and Advancement of Science. The Committee surveyed the effects of land use, ecology, herbicides, and weapons in Vietnam.
