She is co-editor of the textbook International Arms Control: Issues and Agreements, and has also edited The Role of Technology in Meeting the Defense Challenges of the 1980's and Aproaches to East-West Arms Control.

He is a member of the Garst family who hosted Russian Premier Nikita Khrushchev on a tour of Roswell Garst's farm in 1959. He is an Honorary Fellow of the London School of Economics, and a Fellow of the British Academy. His publications include Socialism, Economics, and Development; Economics of Feasible Socialism; and Efficiency Criteria for Nationalized Industries.

3:00 PM – Pioneer Room, Memorial Union - Gordon Smith is in the Department of Government and International Studies at the University of South Carolina. His books include The Politics of East-West Trade, and Law and Soviet Economic Development. He is an Ames native and received his undergraduate degrees in Journalism, International Relations and Russian at Iowa State.

Dr. Keeling was also featured in a videotape entitled, "The AIDS Dilema: Higher Educations Response," and is the chair of the American College Health Association AIDS Task Force Committee.
